Also, they have saved me $200+ in trip/service charges by trouble shooting issues over the phone and solving the problem free of charge.This is an industry full of questionable service providers. Ethical vendors are tough to find and ethical ones that do what they say they are going to do when they say are going to do it are nearly extinct. M&G checks that box. I've used 4 or 5 other vendors in the city and they have universally disappointed.Matt and his team are great at what they do. He did our inspection & when we bought the house, taught us everything we needed to know & made the experience so much less scary.
